Key Responsibilities

• Conducting in-depth assessments to establish effective treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Implementing evidence-based and prevention-focused therapeutic interventions.
• Regularly reviewing and updating treatment plans based on client progress and feedback.
• Collaborating with community resources and referral agencies to provide comprehensive care.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of client sessions, treatment progress, and administrative tasks within the specified timeframes.
• Participating proactively in staff meetings and case consultations to enhance team synergy and clinical outcomes.
• Playing an active role in fostering a positive team environment and contributing to our organizational culture.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health issues. Qualifications

• Must be a fully licensed mental health professional (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW) as recognized by the state of Florida.
• A bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field is required; advanced degrees are preferred.
• Proven experience in mental health counseling or a related domain.
• Strong understanding of community mental health resources and practices.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Adept at building rapport and trust with clients through empathetic and respectful engagement.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting or familiarity with digital health platforms.
• Experience working with diverse populations and knowledge of culturally competent practices.
• Continuous professional development in trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy, or other relevant therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits

Gotham Enterprises Ltd offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with your qualifications and experience. We provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
