• Individual and Family Therapy: Provide tailored therapeutic interventions to individuals and families coping with issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and trauma. You will conduct sessions using teletherapy platforms, enabling you to connect with clients from the comfort of their homes.
• Assessment and Diagnosis: Perform comprehensive evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions, developing personalized treatment plans that include clear, actionable goals.
• Therapeutic Interventions: Employ a range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and structural family therapy to effectively address client needs, ensuring interventions are tailored to individual circumstances.
• Collaboration and Coordination of Care: Engage regularly with a team of mental health professionals to ensure an integrated and cohesive approach to client care. This will involve participating in case reviews and maintaining open communication regarding client progress.
• Documentation and Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and clinic policies. Accurate record-keeping is essential for client care continuity and for ensuring legal compliance.
• Crisis Intervention: Be prepared to respond to crises with appropriate intervention strategies, providing immediate support to clients in distress and facilitating referrals to emergency services when necessary.
• Supervision and Mentorship (if applicable): Offer guidance and support to interns or less experienced clinicians, sharing your expertise to enhance their professional development.

This position entails working with a diverse client population, addressing an array of mental health challenges including depression, anxiety, trauma recovery, and relational disputes. Our clients include individuals from various cultural backgrounds, and you will be expected to deliver culturally sensitive therapy that honors their unique experiences.

• A Master's degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A current, unrestricted license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient, clinical setting providing therapeutic services.
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice and adherence to confidentiality laws and clinical standards.

• Specializations in trauma-informed therapy, family dynamics, adolescent therapy, or couples counseling are highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client tracking.
• Cultural competence in providing services to a multi-faceted client base, with a focus on inclusive practices.

The position offers a competitive salary in the range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
