• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to determine clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and comprehensive interviews.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to meet individual client goals, ensuring a thoughtful and client-focused approach to care.
• Facilitate individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, applying appropriate therapeutic interventions to address a range of mental health conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and support staff, to create a cohesive treatment plan that meets all aspects of our clients' mental health needs.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, emphasizing the importance of patient confidentiality.

• A valid LPC license in the state of Georgia is required.
• Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling or a closely related field from an accredited program.
• Experience providing individual and group therapy within a similar mental health context is essential.
• Strong proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques relevant to clinical practice.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients of varied backgrounds.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity in documentation and client interactions.

• Experience utilizing telehealth platforms to conduct virtual therapy sessions effectively.
• Familiarity with specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Informed Care.
• A track record of successful outcomes in helping clients achieve their mental health goals.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $80,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications, in addition to performance-based bonuses.
