• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients’ unique mental health needs and creating individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitating evidence-based counseling sessions for individuals, couples, and groups, utilizing therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's goals.
• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to enhance the effectiveness of treatment and achieve optimal client outcomes.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Actively participating in clinical supervision, case discussions, and professional development activities to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Our clientele includes individuals facing various mental health challenges, ranging from those experiencing mild anxiety or depression to those managing severe conditions like PTSD and addiction. As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Thrive & Bloom, you will play a vital role in helping clients navigate their struggles, fostering resilience and recovery through empathetic support and effective therapeutic interventions.

• A valid and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Georgia.
• A Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and group therapy within mental health settings.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices suitable for various mental health disorders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to form meaningful connections with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and protecting client confidentiality at all times.

• Previous experience in managing case plans for clients with complex needs.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital tools for effective remote counseling.
• Involvement in ongoing training related to emerging therapeutic techniques and strategies.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $80,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
