As the BIM Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the implementation and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across our projects. What You Have Done Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Minimum 10 years of experience in BIM management, preferably in the audiovisual, themed entertainment, or AEC industry. Expert proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.) and related tools.

Knowledge of Dynamo, Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape, V-Ray, Twinmotion , Unreal Engine, Bluebeam. Autodesk Certification for architecture, engineering, and construction. Strong understanding of construction documentation and project workflows.

Proven ability to lead drafting and BIM teams on large scale and complex projects. Proven ability to create, develop, and maintain, and oversee BIM and Drafting standards for a design studio. What You'll Do Lead the development and implementation of BIM standards and protocols for all projects.

Manage BIM Modelers and Drafters. Coordinate BIM workflows across multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of audiovisual and architectural elements. Create, manage, and maintain 3D models and related documentation for projects.

Facilitate regular BIM coordination meetings and clash detection sessions to resolve design conflicts early in the process. Provide training and support to team members on BIM tools and best practices. Collaborate with project stakeholders to define BIM requirements and deliverables.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and software advancements related to BIM. Contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM processes and methodologies within the organization. #J-18808-Ljbffr
