What is a Remote Bench Jeweler?

A Remote Bench Jeweler is a skilled craftsperson who designs, repairs, and customizes jewelry from a remote location, rather than working in a traditional jewelry store or studio. They use specialized tools and equipment at their home or personal workshop to perform tasks such as stone setting, soldering, resizing, and polishing. Remote Bench Jewelers may work for jewelry companies, retailers, or operate their own businesses, collaborating with clients and employers digitally to fulfill orders and repairs.
