Diamond / Gem Setter / Bench Jeweler

At Brilliance.com, weโ€™re looking for experienced diamond and gem setters who take real pride in their work.
Weโ€™re a busy, growing shop with consistent volume, and we need someone who can deliver clean, precise setting work and maintain high standards at the bench. If you know your craft and care about doing things right, youโ€™ll fit in well here.
Compensation & Details:
  • Pay: $25-$30/hour (based on experience).
    • For highly experienced diamond and gem setters, we are open to discussing a higher, competitive rate based on bench test performance.
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday (day shift).
  • Benefits: 401(k), health and dental insurance, employee discounts, paid time off, bonus opportunities.
  • Location: On-site in Boynton Beach, FL.
What Youโ€™ll Be Doing:
  • Set diamonds and gemstones (prong, pave, channel, etc.) with precision and consistency.
  • Handle stone tightening, repairs, and ring sizing.
  • Perform polishing and finishing to production standards.
  • Work with gold, platinum, and other precious metals.
  • Maintain quality control so every piece leaving the bench is clean and secure.
