Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate regular one-on-one therapy sessions, employing techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other relevant therapeutic modalities.
  • Regularly review and update treatment plans in collaboration with clients to reflect their evolving goals and progress.
  • Coordinate with other health professionals and community resources to provide holistic support and referrals when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training sessions, and support groups to stay current in mental health practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus
