Work Environment

This position offers a remote work setting, allowing you to maintain flexibility while providing essential mental health services. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of new clients to determine their mental health status, formulate therapeutic goals, and track progress over time.
  • Create individualized therapy plans that incorporate evidence-based practices tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing culturally inclusive approaches to foster an environment of trust and understanding.
  • Regularly evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on client feedback and progress, ensuring adherence to therapeutic objectives.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare providers, psychologists, and social workers to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
  • Maintain and document detailed records of client interactions and therapy sessions in compliance with privacy regulations and ethical standards.
  • Provide referrals to additional services or specialists, including psychiatry, when necessary, to meet clients' holistic care needs.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will serve a diverse population of clients experiencing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. Your commitment to cultural competence will enable you to connect effectively with clients from various backgrounds, enhancing their treatment experience and promoting recovery outcomes.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • A current and valid state license as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW.
  • At least four years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating a capacity to engage with a variety of mental health disorders.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based treatment methodologies, with a focus on delivering personalized and responsive care.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at forming trusting relationships with clients and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in crisis intervention and conflict resolution, showcasing the ability to maintain composure in high-stress environments.
  • A background in utilizing EHR systems for managing client documentation and treatment plans effectively.
  • Familiarity with community resources and external referral systems to facilitate holistic client care.
Compensation and Benefits
