This role is entirely remote, allowing for a flexible work setting that accommodates both patient needs and your schedule. Our practice utilizes telehealth technology, providing a modern approach to mental health therapy that ensures accessibility for all patients. Regular business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts as needed. Flexibility in scheduling is encouraged to meet patient requirements.

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments, gathering comprehensive information about patients' psychological state to formulate effective treatment plans.

• Design and implement individualized treatment strategies utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, facilitating discussions that promote emotional well-being, personal growth, and improved coping skills.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure holistic care that meets each patient's unique needs.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during mental health emergencies, demonstrating strong decision-making skills under pressure.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health disorders, treatment pathways, and available resources within the community.

• Maintain confidential patient records utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing education to stay updated with advances in mental health treatment.

In this role, you will work primarily with adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and trauma-related issues. You will play a crucial role in helping these individuals navigate their mental health journeys, offering support and guidance tailored to their specific circumstances.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LSCSW, LCP, LCPC, LCMFT, or PsyD in the state of Kansas.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, essential for building effective therapeutic relationships with patients.

• Proficiency in electronic health record systems and technology for telehealth platforms.

• Aminimum of two years of post-licensure experience is highly preferred, indicating your familiarity with varied therapeutic approaches and treatment environments.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough assessments, make accurate diagnoses, and develop treatment plans is essential for success in this role.
