• Conduct therapeutic sessions using virtual platforms to deliver personalized care tailored to the individual needs of each client.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, to create and implement effective treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and secure clinical documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
• Employ various therapeutic techniques—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)—to equip clients with coping mechanisms and strategies for lasting emotional health.
• Engage in community outreach programs to promote awareness of mental health resources and services available through High Hopes Behavioral Health.

In this role, you will work primarily with diverse adult clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your approach will focus on building rapport and trust, allowing clients to express their concerns openly while guiding them toward healthier coping strategies and improved outcomes.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of valid and independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health counseling setting is essential for application.

While not mandatory, experience in telehealth counseling or knowledge of technology-driven therapeutic methods is highly valued. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems, as well as any specializations in trauma-informed care or substance use disorders, can set candidates apart.

The annual salary for this position ranges between USD 115,000 and USD 120,000, dependent on experience and qualifications.
