• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Provide individual therapy sessions using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other individualized techniques that promote personal growth and coping strategies.
• Monitor client progress towards therapeutic goals through regular updates and assessments, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions to ensure accessibility for clients facing geographical or logistical challenges, promoting inclusiveness in our client base.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops, supervision, and peer consultations to stay informed about the latest developments in mental health care.

Our services cater to a diverse clientele suffering from a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational conflicts. • Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Bachelor's degree in a related field is mandatory, while a Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is strongly preferred.
• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and foster an encouraging therapeutic relationship.
• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude are essential traits for working effectively with a variety of client backgrounds.
• Strong organizational abilities and time-management skills to handle caseloads efficiently and ensure thorough documentation.

We offer competitive compensation ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
