Job description

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our fully remote behavioral health team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality virtual therapy services, develop treatment plans, and support clients dealing with a range of mental health concerns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual (and optional family/couples) psychotherapy via telehealth
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and diagnoses
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation (SOAP notes, treatment plans, etc.)
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams when needed
  • Ensure compliance with ethical standards and HIPAA regulations
  • Manage a consistent caseload and maintain client engagement
Qualifications
  • Active LCSW license in good standing (required)
  • Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 1–2 years of post-licensure clinical experience (preferred)
  • Experience providing telehealth services (preferred but not required)
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
