You will be providing therapy to a diverse client base that encompasses a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional challenges. Your role is pivotal in facilitating meaningful change and helping clients achieve their personal treatment goals.

• An active independent license to practice in Florida, such as LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
• A Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health; however, an advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience with a focus on mental health, providing therapy to individuals effectively.
• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing online therapy tools to facilitate seamless client communication.

• Experience in delivering CBT-informed therapy in an outpatient setting is an advantage.
• Familiarity with performing assessments and creating individualized treatment plans based on client needs.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
