• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health conditions, leading to accurate clinical diagnoses and tailored treatment plans.

Our client base includes a diverse range of individuals experiencing varying degrees of mental health challenges. As a therapist at Avella, you will be prepared to work with clients who may be dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological disorders. You will be responsible for tailoring your therapeutic approaches to appropriately meet the differing needs and cultural backgrounds of your clients, ensuring that they feel heard, understood, and supported throughout their care journey.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW) in the state of Tennessee.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.
• Proven clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, showcasing a deep understanding of mental health treatment practices.
• At least two years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills necessary for effective client interactions and team collaboration.
• Capacity to work independently in a remote setting while also thriving as a member of a cohesive team.
• Adherence to the highest ethical and professional standards in mental health therapy practices.

• Experience in a clinical setting addressing a variety of mental health concerns is preferred, though we encourage entry-level candidates with strong academic backgrounds to apply.
