Cascade Connection Behavioral Health is seeking an experienced, empathetic, and skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dedicated team. Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a strong connection with our multidisciplinary team. You will interact regularly with colleagues through video conferencing and digital communication tools, ensuring collaborative care and support for your clients. The clinic operates Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a structured schedule that promotes work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Thoroughly assess client needs through clinical interviews and standardized assessment tools, developing individualized treatment plans that are goal-oriented and measurable.
  • Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Mindfulness-Based interventions, to foster personal growth and enhance the therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications
