This role is entirely remote, providing you with flexibility while maintaining a professional work-life balance. As a part of our telehealth facility, you will engage with clients through secure video conferencing platforms, fostering therapeutic alliances from a distance. • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments during virtual sessions, utilizing your skills to evaluate each client's emotional and psychological state.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations, integrating evidence-based practices to meet the holistic needs of your clients.
• Provide compassionate teletherapy, delivering therapeutic support through a variety of modalities, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records of patient encounters and treatment plans in our electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Continuously update your knowledge of best practices and emerging trends in the field to ensure high-quality care and compliance with industry standards.

You will primarily support a diverse patient population facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. Your expertise in understanding and addressing the complex needs of individuals from different backgrounds will be paramount to fostering successful therapeutic outcomes. • A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, MFT, Art Therapy, or a related field.
• Possession of a valid state-issued license (LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW) to practice independently in Tennessee.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling you to effectively connect with clients and collaborate with team members.
• A commitment to continued education, staying informed on the latest evidence-based psychosocial interventions and best practices.
• Proficiency in electronic clinical systems is essential, with experience in teletherapy platforms being an advantage.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred, enhancing our ability to serve a broader demographic.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, preferably with remote therapy practices.
• Experience using electronic health records (EHR) and a strong aptitude for technology-based solutions in delivering healthcare.

The salary for this position ranges between USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, we are pleased to offer a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000 as an added incentive.
