• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for clients, developing individualized therapy plans tailored to their unique needs.
• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, across individual, group, and family settings.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records, adhering to ethical standards and legal guidelines to ensure compliance and best practices.
• Engage with a diverse patient population, utilizing an understanding of cultural competency to foster trust and rapport with various clientele.
• Collaborate closely with your colleagues across various disciplines to create a comprehensive care plan for each client, ensuring holistic treatment approaches and optimal client outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training workshops to remain current in mental health research and best practices.

You will work primarily with adults, adolescents, and families that have limited access to mental health resources. Many clients may be facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relational conflicts. Your expertise will help them navigate their struggles and implement effective coping strategies.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current and active licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Tennessee.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a counseling or clinical setting is essential.
• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards within the mental health profession.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of clients.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and technology.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance abuse treatment, or trauma-informed care is highly desirable.
• Prior experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to cultural competency in mental health services.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload availability. Additional benefits include:
