• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that are culturally sensitive and tailored to the unique experiences of patients, enabling the creation of personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions designed to address mental health concerns, with a focus on empowering clients and promoting resilience.
• Collaborate efficiently with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care for all patients.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, discussing treatment options and connecting them with available community resources.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing cultural competency training sessions to enhance the quality of care delivered.
• Stay updated on current research, best practices, and emerging trends in the mental health field to continually refine therapeutic approaches.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active and valid license as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW in Tennessee.
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and the application of evidence-based treatment methods.
• Experience providing therapy to individuals and groups, employing culturally responsive and inclusive techniques.
• Excellent crisis intervention skills and ability to handle challenging situations with ease.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a reputation for building rapport with individuals from various backgrounds.
• Proficient with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth technologies.
• Commitment to ethical practice, maintaining professional boundaries, and ensuring confidentiality at all times.
• A team player, demonstrating the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues in a multidisciplinary environment.
