• Conduct thorough assessments of patients via video-based encounters, utilizing teletherapy techniques tailored to individual needs.
• Perform comprehensive mental health evaluations, compiling essential patient medical data including health history and mental status examination findings.
• Collaboratively develop and implement customized behavioral health treatment plans, continually evaluating results and adjusting therapeutic approaches as necessary.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic support that fosters positive patient outcomes, ensuring adherence to ethical and professional standards.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of sensitive patient information, including examination results and treatment progress, in compliance with confidentiality protocols.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Peakway, you will work with a diverse population of patients presenting with a wide range of mental health issues. This includes everything from anxiety and depression to more complex disorders. Your holistic approach will be instrumental in crafting tailored treatment plans that support each patient's unique mental health journey.

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), Art Therapy, or Psychology.
• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C) in Maryland.
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills to foster strong therapeutic relationships with patients and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Proficient in navigating electronic clinical systems, including electronic health record (EHR) systems, which are essential for maintaining patient records and data documentation.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is highly desirable, enhancing communication with a broader patient demographic.
• Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Experience with evidence-based psychosocial interventions that align with contemporary best practices in mental health care.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and virtual counseling techniques.
• A background in using data analytics to measure treatment outcomes and improve therapeutic methodologies.

You will receive a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with potential eligibility for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
