Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for a full-time remote behavioral health role in Maryland. This position involves providing therapy to clients navigating relationship concerns, communication breakdowns, family stress, personal challenges, and emotional health needs.

The work is practical and client-centered. You will meet with clients through telehealth, assess what support is needed, guide therapy sessions, and help clients move toward healthier patterns in their relationships and daily lives. This role is best suited for a clinician who can stay organized, communicate clearly, and provide reliable care in a virtual setting.

Salary Range: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Provide scheduled telehealth therapy sessions to clients in Maryland
  • Work with individuals, couples, and families on relational and emotional concerns
  • Perform clinical intakes, assess presenting issues, and determine appropriate care goals
  • Guide clients through practical strategies for communication, boundaries, coping skills, and relationship repair
  • Maintain detailed notes, treatment plans, and progress updates

Requirements
