Location: Maryland
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We're seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join a remote behavioral health team serving clients throughout Maryland. This role centers on helping people improve family dynamics, strengthen relationships, manage emotional challenges, and work through personal or interpersonal concerns in a virtual setting. You will spend your day providing therapy, documenting sessions, and guiding clients through practical, clinically sound treatment strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families
  • Assess presenting concerns and create appropriate treatment goals
  • Provide ongoing therapeutic support based on evidence-based practices
  • Keep accurate progress notes and treatment documentation
  • Identify changes in client needs and respond with appropriate clinical interventions

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or closely related discipline
  • Current Maryland LMFT license in good standing
