Though you will conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your own space, regular communication with team members, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, promotes a cohesive approach to client care. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health and emotional wellness, utilizing a range of holistic and clinical evaluation tools.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect client needs, leveraging your clinical judgment while engaging clients in the process.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness strategies, and other modalities tailored to individual, group, and family formats.
• Regularly monitor clients' progress, reviewing treatment goals and adapting plans to align with their evolving needs and challenges.
• Offer immediate crisis intervention and mental health support, ensuring clients have access to care during critical moments.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards while fostering trust within the therapeutic relationship.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care, attending regular meetings to discuss client progress and share therapeutic strategies.
• Engage in continuous learning by participating in training opportunities, workshops, and supervision sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge base.

As a Mental Health Therapist at Everside, you will work with a diverse clientele who present a variety of mental health considerations, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our clients range from adolescents to adults, each seeking a unique approach to their mental health wellness. • Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, including designations such as LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C.
• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building trusting relationships with clients.
• A genuine desire to help clients achieve their mental health goals through evidenced-based practices.

• A minimum of three years of direct experience in a mental health counseling role, with a focus on outpatient services.
