• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, identifying areas of concern and strengths to inform treatment plans.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each client’s personal goals and therapeutic needs.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions—such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques—in one-on-one, family, and group sessions.
• Continuously monitor clients' progress and adapt treatment strategies as needed to ensure effective outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing significant emotional distress.
• Maintain accurate, secure, and confidential client records, adhering to all legal and ethical standards within the field.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and peer support specialists, to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision to hone your clinical skills and stay abreast of the latest research in mental health practices.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines established by state licensing boards and relevant professional organizations.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, specifically LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities to identify and address client needs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster positive client relationships.
