Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, allowing you to maintain work-life balance while providing telehealth services. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct video-based assessments with patients, ensuring that each teletherapy session is tailored to their unique mental health needs.
• Perform comprehensive mental health evaluations, which includes gathering and analyzing patient medical data, health history, and mental status examination results.
• Develop individualized behavioral health treatment plans and monitor progress through ongoing evaluations, providing evidence-based therapeutic support aligned with each patient’s goals.
• Maintain meticulous records of sensitive patient information including examination results and treatment plans, in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on a diverse patient population, ranging from adolescents to adults experiencing various mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Art Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Possession of a current and valid mental health license in Maryland (LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C).
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and oral, to establish and maintain positive relationships with patients and colleagues.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with evidence-based psychosocial interventions.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical counseling setting is essential for success in this role.
• Proficiency with electronic clinical systems and electronic health record (EHR) systems, enhancing efficiency in documentation and patient care.
