• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health and emotional well-being, identifying areas of concern and formulating effective intervention strategies.
• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor individualized treatment plans that align with each client’s specific needs and therapeutic goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions across diverse modalities, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, while tailoring approaches to resonate with each client’s unique circumstances.
• Regularly track and document clients’ progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment strategies to ensure responsiveness to evolving needs.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring timely and effective support.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, complying with all regulatory, legal, and ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Engage in proactive collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of health professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare providers, to offer holistic care for clients.
• Stay informed about advancements in mental health treatment and participate in professional development activities to enhance clinical skills.
• Participate in regular supervision sessions, contributing to and receiving constructive feedback that fosters ongoing professional growth.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and best practices as established by relevant licensing boards and industry standards.

As a mental health therapist at Trinity Behavioral Health Center, you will serve a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families who are navigating various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Your role will significantly contribute to improving their mental wellness and enhancing their overall quality of life.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
• Current state licensure as a mental health therapist (LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, LCSW-C).
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic competencies, with a clear understanding of evidence-based treatment methodologies.
• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate effective interaction with clients and team members.

Prior experience in a community health setting is an asset, with a minimum of three years of direct clinical experience preferred. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy settings is also highly advantageous.
