Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Job Summary
Clients need more than a brief check-in. They need a clinician who can listen closely, assess what is happening, and provide practical support through therapy. This remote LCSW position gives you the opportunity to do that work through secure virtual care. In this role, you will provide individual counseling, complete clinical assessments, build treatment plans, and support clients as they work through mental health and life challenges. You will also keep documentation current, monitor risk when needed, and help clients connect with additional resources when appropriate.
Role Details
  • Location: Boca Raton, FL
  • Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Responsibilities
  • Meet with clients through secure video-based therapy sessions
  • Complete biopsychosocial evaluations and clinical intakes
  • Assess symptoms, client history, strengths, barriers, and treatment needs
  • Provide individual therapy using clinically appropriate interventions
  • Support clients with coping skills, emotional regulation, stress management, and life transitions
  • Create, review, and update treatment plans
  • Document sessions and client progress in a timely manner
  • Follow ethical, legal, and privacy standards for remote behavioral health care

Requirements
  • Master of Social Work degree from an accredited program
  • Active Florida LCSW license required
