• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and areas for growth, utilizing standardized assessment tools.
• Develop tailored treatment plans that align with clients’ therapeutic goals, ensuring a holistic approach to their mental health.
• Provide individual therapy sessions remotely, employing various evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to suit individual client needs.
• Regularly evaluate client progress against established goals and adapt treatment plans as necessary, documenting updates in our secure electronic health record system.
• Offer accessible teletherapy options for clients facing transportation or mobility issues, promoting flexible care solutions.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards while ensuring the confidentiality of client records.
• Participate in team meetings and case consultations, contributing insights to strengthen our collective understanding and approaches in mental health care.

Your expertise will directly benefit a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and various behavioral health disorders. Your role will involve working with adult clients from various backgrounds, helping them navigate their challenges in a supportive and empathetic manner. • Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling is required; advanced degrees are preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with an emphasis on empathy and understanding.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your time effectively while balancing multiple cases.

Candidates should possess at least two years of post-graduate experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating practical knowledge of therapeutic interventions and client management.
