• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the needs of each client.
• Create crisis intervention strategies, including pre-crisis plans, behavior guidelines, and medication treatment plans, as well as risk assessments.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with the clinical team to assess client progress.
• Participate actively in the development and implementation of positive behavior support strategies, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams.
• Serve as an informational liaison to various service systems, state agencies, and community partners to advocate for client access to necessary resources.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, seminars, and conferences relevant to mental health practices.
• Uphold open communication within the team to ensure adherence to contract standards and efficiently meet the organization’s goals.
• Promote our agency’s mission and values through outreach efforts and community engagement initiatives.
• Assist the Clinic Director with additional clinical duties as necessary.

Your primary focus will be working with a diverse population that includes individuals experiencing emotional disturbances, substance abuse issues, and those with developmental and neurological challenges. You will provide crucial empathetic support throughout their recovery journeys, fostering an environment of trust and growth.

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field from an accredited institution is required.
• A current and independent LMHC license issued by the state board.
• Proficiency in maintaining clinical records and preparing comprehensive reports.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team while contributing individual expertise.
• Strong communication skills to express complex ideas clearly and compassionately.
• Sound judgment, enabling independent decision-making based on clinical knowledge and practice standards.

• Previous experience working with a diverse client population, especially in community or outpatient settings.
