Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Possession of an active mental health license (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) or PsyD required.
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is essential.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong therapeutic alliances with clients.
  • A demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality, client-centered care and mental health treatment.
  • Strong organizational skills to effectively manage a diverse caseload and treatment schedules.

Compensation and Benefits
