As a Senior Analyst on the Customer Analytics team, you will lead high-impact customer analytics with a special focus on customer behaviors and opportunities within key growth programs such as Gift Registry, Credit Card Loyalty, and Design Services. This strategic role leverages advanced analytics, web and digital journey analysis, and experimentation to deliver actionable insights on customer behavior, program health, engagement, and loyalty, resulting in strategic recommendations.

A day in the life as a Senior Data Analyst, Growth Program Insights...

  • Define success metrics and track impact across key business outcomes, including engagement, conversion, retention, and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV)

  • Collaborate with product, marketing, CRM, and digital teams to influence strategic roadmaps and execution

  • Design and execute A/B tests and experiments, applying statistical methods to rigorously measure impact, ROI, and lift

  • Maintain technical proficiency by writing advanced SQL queries and utilizing Python or R for deep analysis

  • Partner with data engineering teams to ensure data quality and integrity

    What you'll bring to the table...

    • Advanced SQL proficiency for complex data querying, transformation, and optimization

    • Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) for developing dashboards and communicating insights

    • Strong knowledge of statistical analysis methods, including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and experimental design

    • Experience in analyzing large customer datasets and identifying meaningful patterns

    • Proficiency with Python or R for data mining, feature engineering, or statistical modeling

    • Experience in using Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics to analyze user digital journey

    • Strong data storytelling and communication skills with the ability to translate complex insights into clear business recommendations

    • 5+ years of experience in a hands-on data analyst or growth analytics role

    • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience).

    • Proven experience delivering complex data analysis projects in an agile or collaborative environment

    • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python or R for advanced data analysis and modeling

    • Experience working with large-scale customer, transactional, or behavioral datasets
