The National Account BDR (Business Development Representative) is a full-time, remote role. The primary responsibilities include generating leads, building relationships with prospective clients, and driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives. The role involves identifying potential opportunities, conducting outreach, and collaborating with internal teams to provide tailored solutions. The position requires proactive communication with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain CRM, logging all communications and activities, serving as primary point of contact for national accounts.

  • Contract and Renewal Management: negotiate terms and conditions to secure new business, renewals, and pricing changes

  • Acting as a problem solver to resolve pricing, service, or complaints in a timely manner

  • Increasing program value to your clients through innovative solutions

  • Financial responsibility of material volume, service offerings, and margins by analyzing data and market trends

  • Demonstrating a solid understanding of the company's products or services

  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required

Competencies
