Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your main responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial assessments and collaborating with clients to establish and achieve personalized treatment goals.
• Providing evidence-based, prevention-oriented therapy tailored to address individual client needs.
• Implementing and regularly reviewing treatment plans to track progress and make necessary adjustments.
• Engaging with additional treatment providers and placement agencies to facilitate comprehensive care.
• Ensuring timely and accurate documentation of all client sessions and treatment plans in compliance with organizational protocols.
• Maintaining an active and manageable caseload while meticulously keeping accurate session notes.
• Participating actively in staff meetings to discuss client cases, share insights, and contribute to team culture.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with a diverse range of patients, including adults facing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A valid and unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in mental health counseling or related fields.
• Proficiency in utilizing community mental health resources to support client needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential for client rapport and documentation.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate both clients and team members.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in a remote work environment or familiar with telehealth platforms will be especially desirable, as our practice embraces the technological advancements in delivering care and maintaining strong client connections.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials. Additional benefits include:
