This full-time position invites an experienced professional to contribute to our mission of enhancing emotional wellbeing and mental health in the Atlanta community and beyond. With a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications, you will have the opportunity to focus on providing high-quality therapy without the burdens often associated with private practice management.

About the Organization

At CloudWave Therapy Center, we redefine the mental health landscape by offering a supportive and flexible environment that prioritizes client care and therapist satisfaction. Unlike traditional practices that often involve administrative overhead and isolation, our center emphasizes collaboration, transparency, and professional growth. We are committed to fostering a diverse team that reflects the communities we serve, ensuring a breadth of perspectives and experiences that enrich our therapeutic approach.

Work Environment

This role is designed to be performed remotely, allowing for flexible scheduling that respects your work-life balance while maintaining a strong connection to our team. Our outpatient office setting facilitates dynamic teamwork, where therapists collaborate and support each other in providing the best client outcomes. We encourage open communication, peer feedback, and regular team meetings to cultivate a positive and effective work culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage clients in meaningful therapeutic sessions focused on developing and achieving their unique treatment goals.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and implement tailored treatment plans based on best practices and evidence-based methodologies.
  • Offer prevention-oriented therapy techniques to clients, working collaboratively to foster resilience and coping strategies.
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation of client progress, session notes, and treatment plans to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with external treatment providers, placement agencies, and community resources to optimize client care.
  • Participate in regular staff meetings to share insights, discuss case management strategies, and enhance team cohesiveness.
  • Contribute positively to the organization’s culture by promoting a supportive environment and encouraging professional development among peers.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. By tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet the specific needs and backgrounds of your clients, you will play an essential role in their journey towards mental wellness and recovery.

Qualifications
  • Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a mental health counseling role, showcasing a robust understanding of therapeutic techniques and client engagement.
  • Proficiency in utilizing community mental health resources to support clients effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating with team members.
  • Strong leadership attributes, with the ability to guide clients toward their health goals while supporting colleagues through a team-oriented approach.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience in specialized areas such as trauma-informed care, adolescent therapy, or group therapy can be beneficial. Additionally, familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems would enhance your ability to maintain accurate and efficient documentation.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Annual salary within the range of USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with your experience and credentials.
  • Continuing Education Unit (CEU) reimbursement to encourage ongoing professional development and licensure renewal.
  • Growth incentives tailored to foster your professional advancement within the organization.
  • Full support staff for administrative tasks, including billing, marketing, and client referrals, freeing you to concentrate on therapy.
  • Health insurance options through BCBS, including PPO and HMO plans, along with dental coverage.
  • Life insurance policies available to ensure peace of mind for you and your family.
  • Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) policy to promote a healthy work-life balance.
Career Growth Opportunities

We believe in investing in our therapists' growth. At CloudWave Therapy Center, you will have access to ongoing training, mentorship programs, and pathways to assume leadership roles within the organization. Your contributions can pave the way for future career advancement, and your ideas are welcomed as we continuously strive to improve our services.
