• Provide individualized mental health counseling to stable, low-acuity adults, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Conduct video counseling sessions in a compassionate and ethical manner, ensuring a supportive virtual experience for clients.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on ongoing assessments of client needs and progress.
• Assist clients in cultivating new coping mechanisms, enhancing problem-solving capabilities, and improving communication skills.
• Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring client confidentiality and security.

The primary focus of this role is to engage with stable adults who may be experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and life transitions. • Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state license as a mental health professional (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD).
• Ability to work independently without supervision; prior experience with telehealth services is a plus.
• No disciplinary actions on your record as verified by licensing boards.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, along with proficiency in digital tools and platforms relevant to tele-healthcare delivery.
• A reliable and stable Wi-Fi connection to facilitate seamless virtual sessions.

• Experience in providing virtual therapy and familiarity with telehealth platforms.
• Background in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care methodologies.
• A track record of successful client engagement and retention in a counseling setting.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials. In addition, we offer:
