We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time remote position at Child and Adult Empower Mental Clinic Services. This position is entirely remote, providing you with the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while still being a vital part of a dynamic team dedicated to mental health. Our remote structure enables our staff to maintain a work-life balance while engaging in collaborative efforts to improve client outcomes through virtual meetings, case discussions, and strategic planning.

• Conduct regular wellness checks for clients, monitoring their progress and addressing any emerging concerns promptly.
• Adhere to all facility and licensing standards to maintain compliance and ensure the highest quality of care.
• Support and provide guidance to other members of the clinical team during their absence, facilitating continuity of care for clients.
• Communicate effectively with the Utilization Review Department and the Business Department regarding authorization and payment processes, overseeing financial aspects of client treatment.
• Engage with community resources to create holistic plans that support clients’ recovery journeys and enhance their social support systems.

This position primarily focuses on clients at the Detox Center, including individuals from various backgrounds facing substance use disorders and mental health challenges. You will be integral in developing personalized treatment plans, and helping clients navigate the complexities of recovery, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and resources necessary for sustained success.

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active California license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information effectively.
• Demonstrated capacity to establish and maintain professional boundaries while fostering trusting relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in documenting and submitting service reports in a timely manner, ensuring legal and organizational compliance.

• Experience working with substance use and mental health disorders, particularly in a clinical or detox setting.
• Familiarity with case management and community resource linkage.
• Background in providing therapeutic interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or motivational interviewing.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
