This role will be conducted entirely online, providing flexibility and the convenience of remote therapy sessions. • Conduct individual therapy sessions via our secure and user-friendly online platform.
• Assess client needs through initial evaluations to design tailored treatment plans aligning with their mental health goals.
• Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting therapeutic approaches and treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital client records, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with a network of mental health professionals when needed for comprehensive client care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance treatment effectiveness.
• Uphold the highest ethical and legal standards while delivering mental health services, reflecting the values of BJC Psychotherapy Services.

The clients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds and present a wide range of mental health challenges. This includes, but is not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will work closely with individuals seeking support to improve their mental health, thus enriching their overall quality of life. Our personalized approach emphasizes holistic care, targeting not just symptoms but the root causes of mental health distress.

• Master's degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
• Active licensure in at least one of the following areas: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients virtually.
• Comfort and proficiency in using technology to deliver therapy services remotely.
• Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.

• A minimum of two years’ experience providing individual therapy, with a track record of successfully supporting clients through their mental health struggles.
• Experience working with specific populations (e.g., adolescents, adults, couples) is highly valued.
• Familiarity with treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or similar approaches is preferred.

Competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
