About the role:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will focus on managing inbound lead activity and conducting outbound lead qualification through various channels. Our SDR works with Sales leadership to identify and qualify buying interest and to convert into opportunities. An implicit responsibility of our SDR is to conduct business in a way that creates a superior prospect experience that sets the stage for effective sales follow-up that ultimately leads to efficiently closed new business opportunities.
Requirements:

  • Drive company revenue growth by prospecting, identifying, qualifying, and developing new sales opportunities to create sales-ready leads and opportunities
  • Conduct strategic research on prospects, identifying key players and additional information to include in our growing customer pipeline
  • Work closely with Sales to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging initiatives to drive opportunities for new business
  • Interact with prospects through various channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, video messaging, etc.)
  • Document prospect interaction in Salesforce to ensure efficient lead management, and pipeline accuracy and health
  • Consistently achieve qualified opportunity and pipeline contribution quotas to ensure revenue objectives are met
  • Leverage internal resources to develop and expand industry and Cyberhawk solutions knowledge, and lead qualification skills
  • Provide closed-loop feedback to ensure continuous process optimization

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing or communications
  • Results driven with 3-5 years of business development and/or sales experience
  • Solid organization and time management skills along with top notch listening and communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to:
    • Prospect via warm and cold interactions to nurture and qualify leads
    • Self-generate leads; identify and research targeted accounts and personas through 3rd party tools and data solutions
    • Establish rapport with multiple levels of decision makers and influencers
    • Align marketing funnel strategies and manage sales cycle
    • Represent Cyberhawk at tradeshows and events; minimal travel required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in oil and gas, utilities and capital project sectors
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo and 6sense, or similar tools
