What is a remote barista?

A remote barista is a professional who provides coffee education, customer service, and sometimes virtual coffee-making demonstrations or consultations online. This role has grown with the rise of e-commerce coffee brands, virtual events, and online coffee education. Remote baristas may also assist with online orders or support customers via chat or video calls.
