Cafe, Shift MGR, Barista
Average Pay is $18hr++ NO EVENINGS, Sundays OFF, HOME BY 5:00 PM
We are looking to hire a Café Associate and Barista to oversee customer service and front of house operations during scheduled shifts.
This position requires a strong sense of customer service, absolute dependability, ability to to communicate clearly and concisely, possess strong self motivation and initiative. A Café Associate is accountable for, but not limited to: balancing cash drawers, enforcing all company policies, opening and closing the store and being a leader in providing excellent customer service. You will also be an active participant with the daily team that includes: order taking and cash handling, product knowledge, food delivery to tables, busing and the cleanliness of the café including side-work.
Previous café/barista experience is a plus but not necessary.
Our café hours are:
Mon-Fri 6:30am-4:30pm
Sat 7:30am to 2:30pm.
We are closed evenings and Sundays.
There are also benefits available for full-time positions.
