Sharetea Arlington, the oldest branch of the beloved Sharetea franchise, is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Baristas. If you’re ready to be part of a fun, fast-paced environment where your work brings smiles to customers’ faces, we’d love to hear from you!


What You’ll Do

As a Barista at Sharetea Arlington, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, crafting high-quality drinks and ensuring every customer has a memorable experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving a variety of bubble tea beverages with precision and care.
- Providing friendly and attentive customer service, answering questions, and making recommendations.
- Keeping the workspace clean, organized, and fully stocked.
