This full-time remote position offers the opportunity to provide critical mental health support through telehealth services, connecting with individuals who are navigating trauma and seeking recovery. This role is designed for remote engagement, allowing you to provide therapy from the comfort of your own home while being part of a state-of-the-art telehealth facility. Our operational hours extend from 7 am to 10 pm, seven days a week, offering you the flexibility to create a schedule that best suits your lifestyle and professional commitments. • Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ trauma histories and establish appropriate therapeutic approaches.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, focusing on trauma recovery and resilience-building strategies.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.
• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions to support clients in processing trauma, developing coping strategies, and enhancing their mental health.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and other professionals to provide integrated care and ensure comprehensive support for clients.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies to stabilize and guide clients through their challenges.
• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses, effective coping mechanisms, and available treatment resources to empower informed choices.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards to ensure compliance and accountability.
• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development to stay informed about the latest research and best practices in trauma therapy.

Our client population consists primarily of individuals grappling with the effects of trauma and seeking mental health support. As a counselor, you will work with diverse clients from various backgrounds, each with unique challenges and histories. Your expertise will help them navigate their trauma and build pathways to recovery, ensuring they feel heard, validated, and supported throughout their healing journey.

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling is preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to therapy.
• Ability to maintain composure in high-stress situations while delivering quality care to clients.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and various computer applications.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Experience working with trauma-focused therapeutic interventions is highly beneficial.
• Behavioral health generalists who are open to seeing couples will receive additional specialized training.
• Self-motivated individuals committed to completing documentation within 24 hours post-session.
• Strong character traits such as integrity, adaptability, and a commitment to high-quality care are essential.

The compensation for this position ranges from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive salary offerings, we provide comprehensive benefits, including:
