This role is designed for remote engagement, allowing you to provide therapy from the comfort of your own home while being part of a state-of-the-art telehealth facility. Our operational hours extend from 7 am to 10 pm, seven days a week, offering you the flexibility to create a schedule that best suits your lifestyle and professional commitments. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clientsโ€™ trauma histories and establish appropriate therapeutic approaches.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, focusing on trauma recovery and resilience-building strategies.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.
  • Lead both individual and group therapy sessions to support clients in processing trauma, developing coping strategies, and enhancing their mental health.
  • Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and other professionals to provide integrated care and ensure comprehensive support for clients.
  • Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies to stabilize and guide clients through their challenges.
  • Educate clients and their families about trauma responses, effective coping mechanisms, and available treatment resources to empower informed choices.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards to ensure compliance and accountability.

Qualifications
