Your Role...
ReSource Pro is seeking a Director of Tax, Treasury and Risk Management to lead global tax compliance and manage all treasury related operations to ensure sufficient funds in all bank accounts and minimize interest costs. You will manage all insurance programs for global offices and lead the tax, treasury and insurance related M&A due diligence and post-acquisition integration.

In This Role, You Will...
  • Lead U.S. tax compliance by managing external accounting firms for federal and state tax provisions, filings, payments, and notice responses while partnering with Accounting and FP&A teams.
  • Ensure accurate tax reporting and data tracking across offshore locations to meet U.S. tax compliance requirements, serving as the tax subject matter expert for ERP systems, internal processes, and M&A due diligence/integration.
  • Oversee compliance with non-income taxes, including sales & use, franchise, and revenue taxes, coordinating with external advisors to ensure timely filings and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of Vertex sales tax software, including tax rate maintenance, jurisdiction expansion, and monitoring changes in taxability of services.
  • Ensure accurate sales tax calculation, collection, reporting, reconciliations, and timely filings across multiple jurisdictions while managing communications with tax authorities and resolving tax inquiries.
  • Partner with Billing and Accounting teams to maintain compliance as products and services evolve through growth and acquisitions, while driving continuous improvements in tax automation and data accuracy.
  • Lead tax-related acquisition and integration activities by reviewing third-party diligence findings, assessing risk mitigation strategies with external tax advisors, coordinating nexus studies, and overseeing the transition of tax filings and compliance requirements.
  • Manage entity tax administration, including oversight of 1060 allocations and seller communications, completion of required IRS forms (8832, 8822-B, 966), and coordination with Legal on registered agent transitions and entity compliance matters.
  • Analyze cash flow and liquidity by reviewing cash forecasts, monitoring working capital, and identifying opportunities to improve cash conversion through DSO and DPO optimization.
  • Manage banking, lender, and debt relationships, including corporate credit programs, debt servicing decisions, covenant compliance reporting, and proactive monitoring of interest rate trends.
  • Support foreign exchange (FX) risk management by coordinating hedging activities with external advisors, monitoring currency markets, and recommending actions in alignment with CFO and investor guidance.
  • Oversee treasury operations by managing cash flow and working capital, banking and lender relationships, debt compliance and servicing, interest rate exposure, and foreign exchange hedging strategies to optimize liquidity and mitigate financial risk.

What You Need to be Successful...
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • 8-10 years' experience in corporate tax and/or treasury
  • Previous experience with private/capital equity organizations preferred
  • Previous experience working with a multi-national/global business preferred 
  • Academic and practical GAAP knowledge
  • Proficient with tax tools and ERP systems (Vertex, Workday, Office Connect)
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite; Advanced Excel skills required
  • M&A tax experience 
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in all tasks, ensuring quality and consistency in deliverables; Effective time management, priority setting, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills and solutions-oriented; Highly adaptable and able to embrace change with a positive attitude
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position, and the salary range for most locations for this role is $120,948 - $205,026 annually. The salary range may vary based on experience and on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
