Familiarity with remote-control systems, telematics, and safety monitoring software is often required. • Stay current with emerging AI and automation technologies to recommend innovative solutions that keep our organization competitive
Qualifications

What You'll Build

  • AI sales coaching tools that give reps real-time guidance, call insights, and performance feedback
  • Track & Trace assistants that proactively surface load status updates, exceptions, and carrier communication - reducing manual check calls
  • Business intelligence agents that pull freight data, spot trends, and deliver actionable insights to managers and reps without digging through reports
  • Workflow automations across quoting, follow-ups, onboarding, and carrier outreach

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience building AI agents using tools like LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, n8n, or similar frameworks
  • Strong Python skills and comfort working with REST APIs, webhooks, and data integrations
  • Hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs) such as GPT-4, Claude, or open-source alternatives
  • Experience building business intelligence or decision-support tools powered by LLMs
  • Proficiency with SQL and database querying for data extraction and manipulation
  • Ability to work directly with department teams to identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, and see projects through to deployment
  • Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development practices
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex integrations and debug automation workflows
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document processes and train end users
  • Freight, logistics, or supply chain industry experience is a plus; TMS platform experience is a significant advantage

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary + performance bonus
  • [Health / Dental / Vision] benefits
  • [Remote/Hybrid / On-site] flexibility
  • Real ownership and impact from day one
