What you'll do

You'll own profitable growth for Selko Feed Additive Products by building trusted, long-term relationships with key accounts and the influencers who shape specification and demand-consulting nutritionists, feed companies, universities, and producers. You'll turn market insight into action by identifying opportunities, creating targeted account growth plans , and communicating compelling, research-backed value propositions that convert into adoption. You'll collaborate closely across the business and with distributors to execute launches and initiatives, track performance against key indicators, and continuously improve results-while always owning compliance, ethics, and the standards that protect Nutreco as we deliver on our purpose of Feeding the Future.

Who we're looking for

We're looking for someone who's ready to Own it-a purpose-driven, commercially minded relationship builder who takes initiative, spots opportunities early, and turns insight into action. You bring a collaborative, entrepreneurial spirit and can influence across customers, distributors, and internal teams to deliver measurable growth. Confident communicating technical value with credibility and care, you balance ambition with disciplined execution, learn fast, and hold yourself to high standards-owning quality, ethics, and compliance as you help advance our shared purpose of Feeding the Future.

You'll also need

  • Key account & relationship management: Proven ability to build and sustain relationships with consulting nutritionists, feed companies, producers, and industry influencers, and convert trust into long-term account growth.

  • Animal nutrition / feed additive expertise: Strong understanding of feed additive solutions and the ability to communicate research data and value propositions credibly to technical and commercial audiences. Knowledge of trace mineral and phytogenic feed additives an asset.

  • Market insight & opportunity development: Skilled at monitoring trends, analyzing market signals, and identifying/qualifying opportunities in the ruminant market.

  • Strategic execution & performance management: Experience creating targeted account business growth plans and managing existing business in a ruminant sales territory.

  • Cross-functional collaboration & compliance mindset: Effective at partnering with multiple stakeholders to help drive delivery excellence.
