• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments and screenings to identify patients' mental health needs and establish tailored treatment plans that reflect their unique journeys.
• Provide one-on-one telehealth counseling sessions, addressing a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment issues, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and workshops that focus on skills development, coping strategies, and wellness topics relevant to enhancing client well-being.
• Collaborate seamlessly with medical professionals, support staff, and community organizations to coordinate holistic care that fosters positive treatment outcomes.
• Participate in outreach initiatives aimed at raising mental health awareness and reducing stigma, such as virtual community events and wellness campaigns.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations.

Your work will primarily focus on adults and adolescents experiencing a wide range of mental health issues. Many clients come from diverse backgrounds and may present unique cultural and socio-economic challenges. A strong understanding of these aspects will enable you to build rapport and foster a trusting therapeutic relationship, ultimately improving client engagement and outcomes.

• Possession of an active state license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Bachelor’s degree is required, while a Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience (minimum of 2 years) in a clinical setting, showcasing strong interpersonal and therapeutic skills.
• Thorough knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities and adaptable therapeutic techniques for a telehealth environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients compassionately and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in using teletherapy platforms and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) to manage client documentation efficiently.

• Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting, particularly in the context of telehealth or remote counseling.
• Familiarity with psychological assessment tools and techniques used for evaluating mental health conditions.
• A background in crisis intervention or emergency mental health services is highly desirable.
