Senior Cloud Engineer
Remote

Changeis, Inc. is seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer to support enterprise IT shared services operations within a cabinet-level federal agency environment. This role requires advanced cloud computing expertise to manage enterprise infrastructure, resolve incidents, and deliver scalable, high-impact solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and administer cloud services using a broad toolset across enterprise infrastructure

  • Resolve incident and problem tickets, identifying root causes and implementing lasting solutions

  • Design and implement solutions that are scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational goals

  • Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex cloud service issues across compute, storage, and networking

  • Provide technical solutions to a wide range of complex problems requiring evaluation of multiple factors

  • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers on cloud best practices and operational procedures

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years designing, planning, and integrating cloud computing systems

  • Advanced cloud computing skills across compute, storage, networking, and security

  • Foundational-level cloud certification (AWS Cloud Practitioner, AZ-900, or equivalent)

  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a federal public trust clearance
