Job description

Global Technology Solutions (GTS) at ResMed is a division dedicated to creating innovative, scalable, and secure platforms and services for patients, providers, and people across ResMed. The strategy of GTS focuses on aligning goals and promoting collaboration across all organizational areas. This includes fostering shared ownership, developing flexible platforms that can easily scale to meet global demands, and implementing global standards for key processes to ensure efficiency and consistency.

Responsibilities:

Partner with teams across Digital Platform Engineering organization to drive complex, high-impact programs related to Cloud capabilities, CICD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery) and Developer experience, Global Data Platform, Observability, Security by Design and more. Within IT Project/Program Management team, facilitate project and program level processes and execution, escalate impediments, manage risk and help drive continuous improvement across projects and programs. Develop strong partnerships with product management, product development, platform and data engineering, and executive leaders to drive focus and alignment on strategic and tactical program objectives. Define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value. Overcome resource constraints, manage risk and issues, and identify intra-project timing and dependencies. Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring of teams to meet and exceed commitments. Organize and facilitate project status or agile ceremonies. Prepare progress reports and communications for stakeholders. Perform work in a specialized area of expertise that requires knowledge of fundamental themes, principles and concepts.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field of study and 10 years of progressive experience in Program Management within the Software Engineering field or related occupation.

Applicants must have demonstrated experience with the following:

8 years of experience leading technical projects and programs using Agile methodologies; 5 years of experience using Agile project management tools; 5 years of experience working with cross-functional teams on technical projects and programs to manage expectations, solve problems, and resolve conflict; using data as the basis for decision-making; and communicating with all levels of an engineering organization to understand business and technical needs, build consensus, and share plans with senior leaders.

Any and all experience may be gained concurrently.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate's geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.

Base Pay Range for this position: $157,000 - $235,000 per year
