Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for an Automotive Service Advisor with occasional parts pickup/drop off. The Automotive Service Advisor will be responsible for answering phone calls, understanding the issues, and creating an estimate for the solution, while ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling appointments, providing technicians with appropriate information, and managing work orders. The role also involves using computer systems to document and track service activities.
