Not every BCBA is looking for the same thing right now.

Some want to step into leadership.
Some want a full-time role with flexibility and balance.
Others want part-time or PRN work that fits their life.

About Us

Career Based Solutions is a locally founded, community-rooted autism therapy provider serving Fredericksburg and surrounding area's. Our BCBA-led team partners closely with families to deliver clinic-based, in-home, and community ABA servicesโ€”helping children grow where they learn best.

Weโ€™re a team that values impact, flexibility, and sustainabilityโ€”for both our clients and our clinicians. At Career Based Solutions, weโ€™re growingโ€”and weโ€™ve built our team to support all three paths.

Find the Right Fit for You

  • Mentor and guide RBTs and clinical teams

  • Help shape programming and clinical direction

2. Full-Time Flexible BCBA

  • Consistent caseload with flexible scheduling

  • Balance between clinic, in-home, and community services

  • Strong support so you can focus on clinical workโ€”not burnout

3. Part-Time / PRN BCBA

  • Build a schedule that works around your life

  • Ideal for supplemental income or reduced hours

  • Flexible caseload options

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans

  • Supervise and support RBTs

  • Conduct assessments and adjust goals as needed

  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams

  • Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards

What We Offer

  • Very Competitive compensation (based on experience & role type)

  • Flexible scheduling across all roles

  • Generous PTO + paid holidays (for eligible full-time roles)

  • Professional development support

  • Clear growth paths into leadership

  • Strong support staff โ€“ so you can focus on clinical impact

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • Active BCBA certification - required

  • Masterโ€™s degree in ABA or related field - Newly licensed candidate's welcome

  • Experience with ABA programming and (ideally) RBT supervision

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • A genuine passion for working with children and families

Location & Scheduling

  • Fredericksburg, VA

  • Clinic, in-home, virtual and community-based services

  • Full-time, part-time, and PRN options available
